An entrepreneur and business executive, he has gained extensive experience in the digitization of welfare services at ATENA Informatica for over 25 years. He is coordinator of the design of the digital transformation of processes of taking charge, assessment and delivery of personal, housing, social-health and educational services of several Italian Cities (Milan, Genoa, Verona, Cagliari). In 2023, it created a multilingual integrated platform for market place services, synonymous with a truly integrated network of services. In the design definition, it reserved a central role for interoperability and cooperation between platforms, with the primary aim of optimizing process times and providing data quality to the various users.
