Andrea Abodi

Minister for Sport and Youth Affairs

Andrea Abodi is the Minister for Sport and Youths in the Meloni government.
He graduated from LUISS University with a degree in economics and commerce and specialised in industrial sports management and the development of sports marketing activities.
He began his managerial career in 1987 and was president of the Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie B and FIGC federal councillor from 20 July 2010 to 6 March 2017.
On 16 October 2017, he was appointed President of the Sports Credit Institute.
On 22 October 2022 he was sworn into the hands of the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella.
