Danilo Cattaneo

Managing Director and General Manager, INFOCERT

Danilo Cattaneo is CEO and General Manager of InfoCert SpA, a Qualified Trust
Service Provider that stands out in Europe for its high turnover and growth rates. Results obtained
thanks to a culture of continuous product innovation and a sales model capable of effectively managing
effectively manage enterprise, SME and professional customers.  
Under his leadership, InfoCert has gone from being a company of 130 people, 20 million euro in revenue
with low margin and customers only in Italy, to become a player with about 600 employees in different geographic
geographies, 120 million turnover with a higher margin than all its competitors, significant customers in 33 countries
significant customers in 33 countries and over 20 active patents.
- The group has acquired companies in Spain, France and Germany, with some subsidiaries also in the
Latam world in Peru and Colombia that have contributed to the Group's important numbers.
- Cattaneo currently holds the following positions:
- Chairman of Sixtema SpA, an IT services company dedicated to the SME world.
- Chairman of Camerfirma SA, a Spanish Certification Authority with branches in Peru and Colombia.
- Member of the Board of Certeurope France.
- Chairman of the Advisory Board EMBA Tor Vergata University.
- Member of the Board of Directors of Federservizi Imprese per l'Italia.

Previously, he had work experience with roles of increasing responsibility in Oracle
Corporation, Andersen Consulting (Accenture), Sintel Consulting (Finmatica), Middlesex University
London.
His academic career was characterised by a degree with honours and distinction from the committee in
Information Science (1993), an Executive MBA from the University of Edinburgh (2005), a
honours degree in Computer Science (2006) and an MBA from the École Nationale des Ponts et
Chaussées in Paris (2009).
