Donato Limone, former professor of legal informatics; has taught at the universities of Camerino, Luiss, Salento, Federico II Naples, Sapienza, Unitelma Sapienza; expert in the organisation and digitisation of public administrations. Since 1996 he has been involved in drafting legislation on the legal validity of computer documents and electronic signatures (AIPA), for the formation of the Digital Administration Code (2004-2005). Since 2022 he has been an advisor to the undersecretary of state with responsibility for innovation and digital transformation.
