Currently a consultant at Spencer Stuart, he has held important EMEA roles at Microsoft, Capgemini, Ericsson and McKinsey. Fabio is a lecturer at prestigious universities and speaker at international conferences, as well as a frequent contributor to publications such as Forbes, MIT Sloan Review, and Harvard Business Review. He is known for his thoughts on AI and digital transformation, with a prominent presence on LinkedIn as ‘Top Voice’, followed by more than 125,000 people and with several of his articles read by millions of people.
