Fabrizio Iaccarino

Head of Institutional Affairs Italy, Enel

Graduated in Law from the University La Sapienza of Rome, he holds a Master's degree of II level in law and technique of public contracts at the LUMSA University and a specialisation diploma in international nuclear law at the University of Montpellier II. After about 10 years as a freelance lawyer and then in Sogin, also as national representative in OECD and UN tables, he was responsible for energy in the legislative office of the Ministry of Economic Development. After a brief stint at Sace, he joined Enel, where in 16 years he took on increasing responsibilities, finally becoming Head of Institutional Affairs for Italy.
He is lecturer at various courses and masters in energy and environmental law, stakeholder engagement, lobbying and advocacy, Vice-President of WEC Italy, Member of the Board of the Italian Association of Energy Economists and of Anima per il Sociale, member of the Technical Group for Corporate Social Responsibility of Confindustria, of the General Council of Confindustria and of the General Council of Confindustria Energia, of Elettricità Futura and of Unindustria Roma.
