A full professor of Comparative Private Law, he is one of the founders of E-Lex Law Firm. He has been a consultant to the European Commission and the Council of Europe and has taught and researched at several international universities (Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre; Birbeck College - University of London; Université J. Fourier in Grenoble). A case lawyer, he advises national and multinational companies in the areas of data protection, artificial intelligence, and intellectual property.
