Giuseppe Di Franco is Chief Executive Officer of the Lutech Group, which aims to create innovation for the digital transformation of clients, and to address the environmental and security challenges that have characterized business evolution in recent years.
Di Franco in 2023 spearheaded and led the transformative acquisition of Atos Italia, the Italian subsidiary of the global Atos Group, by Lutech/Apax funds, creating a new group that is a leader in the Italian and international markets.Together with its 5,500 employees in 20 locations in Italy, Spain, and Albania, Lutech ended 2023 with €1 billion in new orders and 25 percent growth in the first half of 2024.
For the past ten years, Di Franco has been president and CEO of Atos Italia, determining the positioning and important growth of the Atos Group in Italy, with steady development over the years, from 80 to 350 million in sales, to become a company of 1,500 people in 5 locations in Italy.
A graduate in Management Engineering from the Milan Polytechnic and Alumnus, Giuseppe Di Franco is Adjunct Professor at the School of Management of the Milan Polytechnic, and a member of several Italian and international associations.
