After a brilliant career in the Air Force, having always been fascinated by the world of the Third Sector, he decided to devote himself body and soul to a reality, the St. Bernard Social Cooperative, born in 2000 from the initiative of nine courageous women, immediately becoming its General Manager.
In this capacity, with her strategic vision, commitment and determination, she led the Cooperative by the hand on an extraordinary path of growth in the social-health, welfare and educational sector, starting from its roots in a small town in the province of Brindisi, Latiano, to establish itself today as a reality of international scope with more than 600 employees, carrying out health missions in Madagascar and in the poorest areas of the Planet.
Its leadership has shown that a Cooperative born in a small town can have a global impact and bring the values of solidarity and social inclusion to dialogue with the world.
