Guido Crozzoli

Business and Public Administration Market Director, Poste Italiane

Born in Rome in 1969, married with two children.
He graduated in Mechanical Engineering, with highest honors, from “Tor Vergata” University in Rome and passed the relevant state exam.

In 1996 he joined Accenture where he held roles of increasing responsibility participating in numerous digital transformation and Business Support Systems projects of leading Italian companies and, in particular, of the main telecommunications operators. Senior Executive since 2008, in 2014 he assumed responsibility for sales and technology delivery for the Public Administration Area.

He joined the Poste Italiane Group in 2018 as Head of Information Systems in the Digital, Payments and Collections area, managing the digital transformation processes that led to the creation of IMEL, the evolution of mobile apps and the Group's websites.
From May 2020 to December 2021, he was Head of Information Systems in the Digital, Technology and Operations function and oversaw the design, implementation and evolution of product/service platforms related to financial, payment, logistics, digital and corporate offerings.
Since January 2022, he has led Poste Italiane's Enterprise and Public Administration Market structure.
