He works for the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers on institutional relations related to the interventions involving Public Administrations in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. He has been involved in innovation policy in Public Administrations for over twenty years.
He has worked on the major transformation projects of the Revenue Agency, the National e-Government Plan and the activation of the Regional Competence Centres. On behalf of the Regions and Autonomous Provinces, he oversaw the launch of the Observatory on Information Society projects, policies and actors and followed, in particular, the Digital Agenda policies contained in the EAFRD funds, gaining significant experience in the field of ICT associated services and the role of public companies.
He has collaborated within the framework of the National Strategy Inner Areas in the institutional reorganisation processes and in the construction of inter-municipal systems of services based on digitalisation as a lever in the organisational change, reorganisation of work and personnel of the EELLs.
