Monia Ferrari

CEO, Capgemini Italy

Monia Ferrari has been CEO of Capgemini Italy since January 1, 2023. 
Her extensive managerial experience in the world of IT products and services has matured throughout her career. Prior to assuming her current position, she was Director of Financial Services at Capgemini Italia from 2019 to 2022. In 2022 she led the set up of Capgemini Finance Tech, the Italian fintech wholly owned by Capgemini, specialized in core banking applications and digital transformation of banking processes and applications.  
Previously, from 2014 to 2018, she managed Capgemini's banking business development in Italy.  
Monia joined Capgemini in 2011 following the acquisition of the AIVE group, for which she was commercial manager of the banking area since 2006. 
With a degree in Economics from the University of Parma, she started her career in the IT sector, holding roles of increasing responsibility in IT in Italian companies of different sectors. After a master's degree at ISTUD Business School and a professional experience in New York in the field of digitization of consumer products, Monia returned to Italy in 2001 where she continued her career path in the world of IT products and services.
