Paolo Bonanni

Regional Vice President and Public Sector Leader, Salesforce Italy

He has been leading the Salesforce business division dedicated to Public Administration since March 2023. In this role, he is responsible for supporting the digital transformation process of Italian public institutions, with the aim of improving the relationship between them and citizens, promoting the adoption of innovative solutions.

He joined the Salesforce team in March 2021 assuming the role of Director of Strategy & Business Development for Public Administration and has since then put his extensive industry knowledge to use in facilitating the digitization process of the Italian Public Administration.

With a degree in Statistics and Economics, he has more than two decades of experience in multinational companies in the ICT sector. Prior to joining Salesforce, he worked in IBM Italy where he held steadily growing roles of responsibility, with a focus on managing and supporting Public Administration.
