Paolo Conti

Head of Government and Member of the Leadership Board, Adobe

From April 2022, Paolo Conti is responsible for public, subsidiary and regulated markets for Adobe Italy. In his role Paolo Conti is part of the Adobe Italy leadership team and reports to the Country Managing Director, Eva Adina Mengoli.

Prior to joining Adobe, he was COO and Digital and Innovation Senior Advisor for a tax law firm, for the evaluation of facilities related to innovation and Industry 4.0.

Prior to that, he was Country Managing Director for Accenture Interactive in Poland and Head of Energy, Utilities, Chemicals and Natural Resources for Accenture ICEG; he was Accenture Digital Division Manager for Health and Public Service and Inclusion and Diversity Lead for Accenture Digital ICEG, Head of Sales and Consulting for Accenture Mobility ICEG and for the Virtual Mobile Operator market. Also at Accenture, he was responsible for projects relating to company start-ups and projects for the launch of value-added services with a high rate of innovation in the Telco sector, in Italy and abroad (Australia, Denmark, Sweden, UK), working in close collaboration with reference technology partners.

Paolo was born in Pisa in 1970 and lives in Rome. He has a degree in Telecommunications Engineering and is a member of the Order of Engineers of the province of Rome. He is passionate about travelling, reading and visual arts.
