Lawyer Expert in Criminal Law of Information Technology

A criminal lawyer and cashier, a lecturer in Criminal Information Technology Law, he has held key roles in the academic sphere, including the didactic coordination of the Level II Master's degree at La Sapienza in Rome and teaching assignments in various Italian universities.

He is the author of more than one hundred publications on the criminal law of information technology and a speaker at international conferences as a representative on the subject of crimes committed through technology.

He was the only European representative at the Conference on cybercrime held at UAE University in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) on 24 November 2010 with a paper entitled Italian Criminal legislation concerning ICTs.

He collaborates with organisations and television broadcasts, making his contribution as an expert.
