He is the author of more than one hundred publications on the criminal law of information technology and a speaker at international conferences as a representative on the subject of crimes committed through technology.
He was the only European representative at the Conference on cybercrime held at UAE University in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) on 24 November 2010 with a paper entitled Italian Criminal legislation concerning ICTs.
