As of July 1, 2021, he is ENAC President. From 1984 to 1989 State Attorney. State attorney since 1989. From 1998 to 2003 he was DG ENAC. He was legal advisor to the Ministers of Transport and Navigation, Environment and Trade and Industry, Head of Cabinet of Reg. Emilia-Romagna and Head of the Legislative Office of the Min. of Trade and Industry. He has been Pres. of CISA, Head of ENAC and ENAV Representative Office at EURICE, Deputy Sec. Gen. of Defense and member of ESA Appeals Board. In 2006, he founded the DE.ME.TRA Study Center to promote educational, legal, administrative and economic initiatives in the aerospace sector.
