With over 25 years of experience in managing complex projects in Banking & Insurance, he is a highly recognized leader in his field. He has led large-scale change projects in a variety of sectors, including banking, industrial and manufacturing, working both with direct clients and in prestigious consulting firms and holding leadership positions in various markets.

With strong international experience, he has successfully managed complex operations in multiple countries, consistently achieving significant results for global clients in Europe. Throughout his career, he has held positions of increasing responsibility in companies such as Accenture, UniCredit Group and IBM.

Passionate about art and a former artistic gymnastics athlete, Umberto is never satisfied with achieving just one goal.
