Vanessa Fortarezza

General Country Manager, Salesforce Italy

Vanessa Fortarezza has been General Country Manager of Salesforce Italy since November 2023. 
In Salesforce since the beginning of 2015, in these 9 years she has given a strong impetus to the company's growth in the Italian market, covering roles of increasing responsibility with a particular focus on the Telco, Media, Energy & Utilities sectors. Between 2022 and 2023 she held the position of Senior Vice President Southern Europe for Public Administration, where she was in charge of driving the division's development strategy in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. 
Vanessa Fortarezza has more than twenty years of solid experience in American multinational software companies. Before joining Salesforce, she worked for more than ten years at Microsoft where she held positions of steadily increasing responsibility managing clients in various fields such as Public Administration, Telco, Media and Retail. 
Vanessa Fortarezza lives the values of the company and as a leader at Salesforce she has distinguished herself for her solid skills by contributing significantly to the development of the company culture aimed at Diversity and Inclusion. She has been working for years as a mentor in the company, but also externally she collaborates with associations such as Valore D and Young Women Network to promote inclusive work and support the advancement of female leadership.
