Program Manager, Data Interoperability and Digital Platforms, Department of Digital Transformation

With a bachelor's degree in Physics, he is the Contact Person for the CITD Technical Secretariat, at the Department for Digital Transformation of the Prime Minister's Office.
For the past three years, he has been responsible for the management of several programs under Mission 1 of the PNRR, in the area of PA digitization, innovation and security, as well as new strategic initiatives outside the PNRR. He has extensive experience in the digital sector, gained in Italy and abroad, and has worked as a manager and professional in public and private companies, government and R&D organizations, with responsibilities related to technological innovation issues, in institutional and market contexts.
He has gained key competencies in defining scenarios for the evolution of large national and international digital systems; defining high-level requirements for digital transition; planning, organizing, and managing complex programs and large-scale initiatives in digital technologies; analyzing market changes, technological evolution, and the needs of public and private stakeholders; and strategies for sustainability.
